Castle Whiterock

Castle Whiterock is an ancient ruin to the east of Cillamar.  The heroes have made it their base of operations.

 

At times in the past, the site of the castle has housed:

  • A community of monks, with a renowned - and now lost - library
  • A Gnomish facility called the "Clockwork Academy"
  • A human stronghold
  • A Drow settlement

 

It is currently known to be inhabited by:

  • A dragon (red, powerful; not seen in twenty years)
  • Derro and Duergar (who drove out or destroyed the Drow; at least as deep as the unknown area at the bottom of the elevator shaft)
